Description
KLA is hiring a Regional Development Applications Engineer for its ICOS Vision Systems division to specialize in CI products used for final quality-control inspection of IC packages such as BGA, QFP, and QFN. The role involves customer engagement on new IC package designs, recipe-development knowledge sharing, technical feasibility analysis, solution proposals, post-sales support, on-site troubleshooting, and occasional customer training. The position is based in Singapore with regular travel across Southeast Asia and occasional travel outside that region.
