The Regional Development Officer (RDO) at Colorado Mountain College leads fundraising efforts across a specific geographic area, focusing on securing donations, grants, and planned gifts. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Three years of sales, fundraising, and/or community/event organizational experience.
Proven direct fundraising experience for donor acquisition and event requests.
Experience with Capital or Major Gift Campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated success as a fundraiser (4-6+ figure gifts) with proven experience in developing strategies for donor identification, retention, and growth.
Ability to relate well and work effectively with multiple constituencies and audiences.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Knowledge of office systems: MS-Office preferred and fundraising database systems (e.g., Donor Perfect, Raiser’s Edge).
A team player committed to developing and working within a collaborative environment and to ensuring the highest customer service orientation.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; has initiative and follow-thru to execute projects from initial stage through completion.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize efficiently, be flexible and work on multiple projects simultaneously, both as an individual and as part of the team.
Strong administrative, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
