The role advises country teams on transitioning manual workflows to scalable digital solutions, leads digitization initiatives, coaches staff in AI tool adoption, coordinates with global functions, and manages stakeholder engagement and change. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, 7–10 years of professional experience in digital transformation, technology advisory, or change management, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Snowflake, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude. The contract is 12 months, renewable subject to performance and funding, with potential for extension.
