Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is hiring a full-time Regional Director in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, to provide operational oversight and leadership for human services programs across an assigned region. The role partners with program, clinical, human resources, quality assurance, and financial leadership; leads strategic initiatives, staff development, recruitment and retention, compliance, regulatory oversight, and continuous quality improvement; and builds relationships with funders, government agencies, and community partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in human services, six years of relevant experience, three years of management or Program Director experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel regularly. Compensation is $80,000–$85,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
