Ware Malcomb is hiring a Regional Director to lead its Washington, D.C. office across architecture, interior design, and related disciplines. The role manages the office’s work and team, oversees proposals, contracts, budgets, financial reporting, client relationships, business development, strategic planning, and talent acquisition, while driving growth and profitability in the DC market. The position is full-time and long-term and requires 15+ years of experience in interior design and/or architecture, prior leadership experience, proposal and business development experience, client relationship experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a licensed architect is strongly preferred.
