Pixability is hiring a Regional Director, Customer Success to lead the EMEA Customer Success organization, own client health, retention, renewal, and service quality, and personally manage strategic accounts. The role includes coaching Account Managers, Media Strategists, and Campaign Managers; serving as the final escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders; partnering with Sales on renewals and expansion; leading technical teams; and using AI and automation to improve retention and growth. The position is based in the United Kingdom and requires travel across EMEA and periodically to the United States.
