Dungarvin is hiring a Regional Director to lead multi-state operations across Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. The role oversees a $50M+ operation supporting approximately 700 employees, including residential services, ICF/IID, day programs, employment services, and community-based supports. Responsibilities include operational and financial performance, quality and regulatory compliance, risk management, strategic growth and acquisitions, leadership development, and stakeholder partnerships. The position requires onsite work, approximately 60–75% travel, and extensive human-services, ICF/IID, financial, operational, and change-management experience.
