Dungarvin is hiring a Regional Director to lead multi-state operations across Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. The role oversees a $50M+ operation supporting approximately 700 employees, including residential services, ICF/IID, day programs, employment services, and community-based supports. Responsibilities include regional operations, quality and compliance, financial performance, strategic growth, acquisitions, leadership development, and stakeholder partnerships. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field, at least five years of senior human-services leadership experience, at least seven years of intellectual and developmental disabilities experience, and experience managing large budgets, multi-state initiatives, and data analytics. The role is onsite with approximately 60–75% travel and frequent overnight travel.
