Monarch is hiring a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple senior living communities and the leadership teams serving Delaware, Pennsylvania, and the Southern New Jersey area. The role manages administrative operations, budgets, business plans, regulatory compliance, census growth, team relations, profitability, and executive director development, with travel to communities expected. It is an exempt, salaried remote position paying $165,000–$175,000 plus bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
