MicroAge is hiring a Regional Director of Sales to lead sales operations across the Southwest Region, including Arizona, Nevada, and surrounding areas. The role manages and develops a regional sales team, drives revenue and gross profit, sells IT solutions, manages pipelines and quotas, builds enterprise and mid-market relationships, expands VAR/MSP ecosystems, and collaborates with marketing and vendors. Candidates must reside in the Greater Phoenix area, work a hybrid schedule, and have at least 10 years of IT sales experience, including 5 years in regional leadership.
