Hotel Equities is hiring a Regional Director of Sales for its Hawaii portfolio, based at the Honolulu corporate office in a hybrid arrangement. The role oversees revenue generation, market share, sales and marketing strategy, budgeting, performance monitoring, and sales-team development across multiple properties, while traveling to hotels at least two weeks per month. Candidates need prior regional or multi-unit hotel sales experience, strong Hawaii-market knowledge, hospitality-brand experience, and familiarity with hotel sales and revenue-management systems. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 plus bonus and benefits.
