Description

Human Interest is hiring a Regional Director to build, coach, and lead a team of Partner Account Managers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role owns quota attainment, revenue growth, sales forecasting, hiring, retention, and the end-to-end sales process, while traveling within the region and nationally. Candidates need at least one year of 401(k) sales experience, three to five years leading frontline sales professionals in retirement services, human capital management, or payroll, plus Salesforce CRM experience. The position offers a base salary of $105,000 to $115,000 and variable target compensation of $105,000 to $115,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, equity, and other benefits.
