Description
Optima Living is hiring a Regional Educator to develop, deliver, and evaluate education programs for clinical and non-clinical team members across its Alberta senior living and care communities. Reporting to the Regional Director Quality Care, the role supports person-centered care, clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, competency development, quality improvement, infection prevention, falls prevention, medication-pass observations, audits, onboarding, mentorship, and school partnerships. The position requires nursing education and Alberta licensure, at least five years of training and education experience, active CPR and First Aid certification, strong communication and presentation skills, computer literacy, and approximately 20% travel within Alberta.
