Description
The Regional EHS Manager leads environmental, health, and safety programs for Repligen’s Clifton Park, New York manufacturing site and provides EHS support to the Customer/Field Service Business Unit. The role manages regulatory compliance, hazards, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, hazardous materials, contractor safety, audits, inspections, corrective actions, and EHS performance reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, professional EHS certification, knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and international standards, and at least seven years of progressive manufacturing EHS experience, with leadership experience preferred. The position offers a base salary of $103,000 to $140,000 annually in the United States, along with variable cash programs and health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
