Omninet Capital is hiring a Regional Renovation and Maintenance Manager to lead renovation, unit-turn, maintenance, quality-control, and vendor-performance execution across 8 properties and 2,789 units. The role coordinates crews, schedules, materials, maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance, MRO suppliers, quality inspections, punch-list resolution, reporting, and regional planning, while supporting property managers, training other regional managers, and contributing to standard operating procedures. The position is onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, and offers a base salary of $95,000-$110,000 plus an annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary based on NOI and cash-flow performance.
