Dungarvin is hiring a Regional Financial Analyst to support a defined region and partner with operational leaders on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, variance analysis, reporting, audits, and ad hoc analyses. The role is on-site in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, with a starting fixed annual compensation of $108,300, bonus potential, and 10%–20% regional travel. It requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting, along with experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, multi-entity financial management, and financial systems such as Workday or Adaptive.
