Guardian Glass is hiring a Regional Float Glass Process Engineer to support operational excellence across its float glass facilities in the United States and Mexico. The role focuses on improving furnace quality, performance, and throughput; supporting batch chemistry optimization; troubleshooting production and product issues; implementing and scaling new technologies; and leading ramp-ups after major projects. Candidates need float glass process knowledge, full-scale manufacturing experience, project planning and execution experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% in North and South America. The position pays $130,000–$160,000 per year and offers medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
