Honeywell is hiring a Regional General Manager for its Global Business Enterprise (GBE) Projects business, reporting to the VP GM and working from Suzhou on a hybrid schedule. The role owns the regional P&L, revenue and EBITDA targets, operating systems, product and technology roadmaps, capital allocation, compliance, forecasting, contract administration, and team development. Candidates need at least eight years of guidance, strategy, operations, business management, sales, or program management experience, plus experience in a guidance or general manager role and a proven record of delivering growth and financial performance for an independent line of business.
