The role combines user acquisition, lifecycle management, reactivation, experimentation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis, with cross-functional collaboration across Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams. Candidates need five years of growth or digital marketing experience, proven end-to-end campaign impact, strong analytical and experimentation skills, and native Ukrainian, strong English, and Russian communication skills.
