Grab is hiring a Program Management & Transformation Office Leader to report to the Head of Loyalty & PMTO. The role combines strategic problem definition, prioritization, cross-functional leadership, organizational design, coaching, and program execution with technical expertise in AI and agentic workflows. It requires at least 12 years of experience in strategy, operations excellence, or program management, plus at least 7 years of direct people management experience, and is based onsite at Grab's Petaling Jaya office.
