Atoms is hiring a Regional Head of Workplace – Americas to lead workplace operations across its U.S. and Colombia offices, with direct oversight of San Francisco and Mountain View. The role manages a team of four workplace professionals, sets regional standards and KPIs, oversees budgets and vendors, partners with Real Estate and other functions, and supports office moves, expansions, space planning, and employee experience. It is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with an onsite five-day presence, primarily in San Francisco and one day per week in Mountain View, and pays $117,000–$145,000 annually.
