Description
The Regional Internal Control Officer will report to the Senior Regional Internal Control Manager and support Hermès’ internal control framework across 12 entities in the South Asia and Travel Retail Asia regions. The role implements regional internal control roadmaps, communicates and trains operational teams, monitors compliance and business risks, follows up on audit recommendations, conducts internal control reviews and testing, analyzes sensitive-transaction data, and performs field controls. It requires at least eight years of similar experience, strong internal-control and risk-analysis skills, data-analytics proficiency, excellent communication, adaptability, and frequent travel.
