Wave is hiring a Regional IT Manager to oversee IT operations across multiple countries in West and Central Africa, with a base in Côte d'Ivoire and regular regional travel. The role owns uptime, support, standardized IT processes, vendor management, security coordination, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure employees have reliable tools and infrastructure. It is a permanent position requiring bilingual English/French fluency, at least 5 years of IT management experience, and expertise across corporate apps, network management, endpoint management, telephony, project management, and information security operations.
