Plume is hiring a Regional Lead to build its presence across the Asia-Pacific region, including Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, and emerging markets. The role focuses on go-to-market strategy, partnerships with exchanges, asset managers, custodians, and fintechs, regulatory engagement, cross-border structuring coordination, regional community building, and reporting to global leadership. Candidates need at least five years of business development or institutional partnerships experience in APAC crypto, fintech, or financial services, along with English fluency, regional language ability, and familiarity with APAC regulatory and tax considerations.
