Wave is hiring a Regional Lead to oversee agent-network acquisition and user-growth operations for an assigned region in Cameroon. Reporting to the Country Launcher, the role supervises Field Officers, coordinates agent contracting, activation, training, liquidity, compliance, branding, churn, and user distribution, and uses field data to optimize regional performance. The position is permanent, field-based in Yaoundé or Douala, requires fluent English and French, a master’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and work authorization in Cameroon; prior launch experience is desirable.
