Description
JMC is hiring a Regional Maintenance Floater to travel to multiple real estate sites south of Boston and perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment troubleshooting, building repairs, contractor coordination, and documentation. The role requires at least six months of trade or building maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and safety awareness; plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC experience is a plus. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a stated pay range of $26.75 to $32 USD and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
