Description
The Regional Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance, operation, upgrades, and planned replacement of HVAC, elevator, escalator, energy, lighting, and utility systems across branch stores in Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York. The role manages work orders, costs, purchasing, contractor dispatch, major overhauls, training, capital projects, inventory, compliance, and reporting, while traveling regularly and staying available 24/7. A high school diploma, at least five years of HVAC and electrical experience, Andover Continuum System familiarity, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel and stay overnight are required. The position offers a starting salary of $70,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
