Pedcor Homes Corporation is hiring a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities. The role leads HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, pool, carpentry, and general repair teams; trains and develops maintenance associates; supports hiring, coverage, performance management, inspections, safety audits, budgeting, vendor relationships, capital projects, service requests, and regulatory compliance. Candidates must hold HVAC and CPO certifications, have at least five years of supervisory and apartment-industry experience, hold a valid driver's license, and be available for travel, on-call participation, and weekends.
