Description
The Regional Manager is responsible for driving regional business development, bidding, project execution, engineering oversight, client relationships, and team leadership for CROM’s water infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in AWWA D110 wire-wound circular prestressed concrete tanks and concrete structure rehabilitation, along with sales, communication, analytical, and project-management capabilities. Candidates need a relevant civil, mechanical, or ABET/EAC-accredited engineering degree, three years of relevant engineering or construction experience, or five years of experience; a professional engineering license and technical sales experience are preferred. The position involves regular travel, overnight stays, and long or irregular working hours.
