MANTECH is hiring a full-time Regional Manager for its Honolulu, Hawaii office. The role coordinates with senior leadership and customers, manages approximately 12 FTEs across two work centers, oversees hiring, training, performance, compliance, travel, schedules, and regional service-level and budget objectives, and serves as a senior advisor to regional teams. The position requires at least five years of IT services experience, customer-facing technical communication, an 8570 Level II certification, current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and the ability to travel up to 25% within the region.
