Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Regional Manager in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to oversee specialty construction projects from contract execution through completion. The role leads Project Managers and Superintendents, monitors schedules, budgets, work-in-progress, billing, collections, and project performance, supports business development and estimating, coordinates projects and quality control, develops recovery plans, and mentors regional team members. The position requires 5+ years of relevant engineering, construction project management, or construction engineering experience, or a qualifying civil or mechanical engineering degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, along with strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
