Description
The Regional Manager – Facilities Management will lead the commercial, operational, and service-delivery performance of Hard and Soft Facilities Management contracts across the UAE region, with the Dubai team. The role oversees contract profitability, budgets, staffing, SLAs, maintenance, audits, CAFM systems, client relationships, site visits, tender support, resource mobilization, and the integration of energy, IoT, BMS, and automation innovations. Candidates need a relevant engineering or Total Facilities Management degree, 8–10+ years of structured-contract management experience including 5 years as a manager handling multiple contracts, strong commercial and FM knowledge, and a UAE driving license.
