Amana is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and supervise employees, ensure branch operational efficiency, set strategic goals, develop the quality and quantity of the portfolio, manage regional branch strategies and processes, enforce company policies, improve team performance through training and conflict management, and maintain audit standards. The role requires at least two years of experience as an Area Manager in a Grameen, microfinance, leasing, banking, or financial technology institution, leadership of at least two operational areas and a team of at least 50 people, sales and marketing strategy execution, a personal vehicle and SIM C, and willingness to work in the South Kalimantan region.
