Centurion Asset Management Inc. is hiring a full-time Regional Manager (Multi-Residential) to manage the professional operation, leasing, administration, financial performance, compliance, risk, capital projects, and reporting of multi-residential apartment buildings in Gatineau, Quebec. The role reports to the Director, Real Estate Operations, coordinates with property managers and internal teams, oversees budgets and occupancy, supports resident satisfaction, and collaborates on sales, marketing, and asset management initiatives. The position requires at least seven years of operations management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
