Intuit is hiring a Regional Manager of Retail Operations for its TurboTax Local Service Delivery team to oversee a portfolio of retail locations in the New York City area. The role leads on-site tax experts, manages operational KPIs and profitability, standardizes best practices, pilots new financial-services offerings, uses customer and operational data to improve performance, and travels to locations for coaching and training. It requires at least five years of formal leadership or people-management experience, project-management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and at least 60% field presence; the expected base pay range is $136,500 to $185,000 in Albany.
