Heaven Hill is hiring a Remote Regional Manager to oversee distributor management and brand execution across Texas. The role manages Net Sales Value, pricing, brand programming, sales activity budgets, distributor local marketing funds, travel and entertainment budgets, sales teams, product launches, retail relationships, compliance, and market reporting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field, at least five years of spirits or wine sales experience, and at least five years of people management experience.
