Fitshop is hiring a Regional Manager – West to support sales areas across the West region, including direct responsibility for one of four stores and management of sales, profit, personnel, data-driven optimization, staff development, strategic initiatives, and reporting. The role requires retail regional-management experience, business-management knowledge, leadership skills, travel willingness, English proficiency, and a category B driving license. It is a full-time position with annual gross pay of €60,000 to €70,000, including fixed salary and variable sales commission and target compensation.
