Fitshop is hiring a Regional Manager – West to manage and support sales locations across the West Region, including stores in Duisburg, Dortmund, Essen, Aachen, Bonn, Bochum, Bottrop, Düsseldorf, Münster, and Cologne. The role covers store operations, sales, profit, personnel, leadership, store optimization, regional strategic initiatives, and reporting to the Sales Manager Stores & Commercial. Candidates need retail regional-management experience, business administration knowledge, strong leadership and goal-achievement skills, willingness to travel, sports and fitness affinity, fluent English, and a class B driving license. The position offers an annual gross salary of €60,000 to €70,000, including fixed salary, variable compensation, and sales commission.
