Fitshop is hiring a Regional Manager – West to support sales locations across the West region, including branches in Duisburg, Dortmund, Essen, Aachen, Bonn, Bochum, Bottrop, Düsseldorf, Münster, and Cologne. The role manages sales-floor performance, revenue, profit, staff, key performance indicators, regional initiatives, and reporting to the Sales Manager Stores & Commercial, while also leading and developing regional staff. The position requires retail regional-management experience, business knowledge, leadership skills, travel willingness, English proficiency, and a class B driving license. It is a full-time role with an annual gross salary of €60,000 to €70,000, including fixed salary, variable compensation, and sales commission.
