Fitshop is hiring a Regional Manager – West to support and oversee sales locations in the West region, including joint or dual responsibility for stores in Duisburg, Dortmund, Essen, or Aachen. The role manages revenue, earnings, personnel, store performance, staff development, strategic initiatives, and reporting, with travel including overnight stays required. Candidates should have retail regional management experience, business administration knowledge, strong leadership and target-achievement skills, fitness-sector affinity, fluent English, and a class B driver’s license. The full-time position offers annual gross compensation of €60,000 to €70,000, including fixed salary and variable sales commission and target compensation.
