Townsquare Media is hiring a Regional Market Engineering Manager to oversee broadcast radio engineering across the Fort Collins, Grand Junction, Montrose, Casper, Cheyenne, and Laramie markets. The role serves as the sole technical authority for broadcast continuity, FCC compliance, infrastructure strategy, equipment maintenance, vendor selection, and capital planning, with independent decision-making authority during emergencies. It is a hybrid position requiring travel, after-hours and weekend response, on-call availability, and work at transmitter sites and tower locations. Candidates need at least five years of progressively responsible broadcast engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with technical proficiency and the ability to exercise independent judgment in high-pressure situations.
