Description
The Regional Medical Director oversees psychiatric and medical services across a designated region, coordinating with medical staff, site leaders, referral sources, insurers, and executive leadership. The role provides clinical leadership, supports care quality and regulatory compliance, participates in program development, and manages staffing and coverage. It requires an MD, DO, or APN, an active unrestricted medical license, a current unrestricted DEA license, and relevant certifications; the schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call duties, and the starting salary range is $232,870 to $372,570.
