Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to provide early-intervention therapy for children with autism across multiple locations in Maryland, Virginia, or the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The role involves managing a caseload of up to 23 clients, completing parent training, meeting billable-hour expectations, collaborating with speech-language pathologists and behavior analysts, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates must hold a master's or doctorate in occupational therapy, active licensure, NBCOT certification, BLS certification, and experience with early intervention and children with autism; the position requires on-site work Monday through Friday and does not offer visa sponsorship.
