Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to provide early-intervention therapy for children with autism across multiple locations in Maryland, Virginia, or the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The role involves managing a caseload of up to 23 clients, completing parent training, meeting billable-hour expectations, collaborating with speech-language pathologists and behavior analysts, and supporting interdisciplinary case management. The position requires an OT master's or doctorate, active licensure, NBCOT certification, BLS certification, early-intervention experience, and on-site availability Monday through Friday. Compensation includes a base salary of up to $90,000 plus bonus eligibility, with medical, dental, and vision coverage through Cigna.
