Ally Behavior is hiring a Regional Operations Director to oversee the operations, leadership development, performance, compliance, and strategic growth of a multi-center region of 5–15+ autism therapy centers. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the role manages Senior Center Operations Managers and other operations staff, conducts frequent center visits, monitors enrollment and operational KPIs, collaborates with clinical leadership, handles escalations, supports new center launches, and leads regional initiatives. The position is based in Tysons, Virginia, requires frequent travel throughout the Washington, DC and Baltimore metro areas, and offers total compensation of $175,000–$225,000 USD plus bonuses and benefits.
