Ascend Vision Partners is hiring a Clinical Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across four ophthalmology clinics and a four-room Ambulatory Surgery Center. The role manages patient flow, ASC scheduling and utilization, provider schedules, budgets, KPIs, revenue-cycle integration, and clinic-manager development. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or three years of healthcare, ophthalmology, or related experience plus one year of relevant leadership experience; ophthalmology or optometry practice experience and LEAN Six Sigma certification are preferred.
