Description
The Regional Director of Patient Success will lead outpatient behavioral health clinics across the Florida Panhandle and surrounding area, overseeing clinic operations, provider productivity, patient access, compliance, financial performance, staffing, recruitment, and employee development. The role is based in Tallahassee, requires an in-office presence of 2–4 days per week and regular travel, and offers a full-time position with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
