Description
The Regional Operations Manager provides overall direction and management for multiple locations within a territory, overseeing budgets, forecasting, pricing, customer and vendor relationships, safety, inventory, assets, HR, training, and location managers. The role also supports sales goals, incentive programs, customer service, and manufacturing partnerships, with responsibility for maintaining margins, product life cycles, and compliance with ASTM standards and building codes. Candidates need 8–10 years of masonry or hardscape knowledge, leadership and management skills, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with JD Edwards, NetSuite, Word, and Excel.
