Description
The Regional Installation Recruiting Manager oversees and executes regional installer recruiting, development, and management; directly manages the Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator; recruits installation resources; and spends at least three days per week in the field managing installation partners and supporting training and onboarding. The role requires at least two years of experience and five years of related experience with industrial and commercial projects, along with communication, CRM, Microsoft 365, driver’s license, and transportation requirements. Compensation is $90,000 to $100,000 base plus a $40,000 to $50,000 potential annual bonus, with supplemental pay and benefits including a 401K match, company-sponsored pension, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
