Tea Around Town is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to oversee front- and back-of-house operations across 5–6 assigned markets in Texas, Georgia, and other states. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role manages labor, inventory, budgets, vendors, staff, customer experience, quality, and operational risk while driving cost efficiency and product scalability. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, requires at least 10 years of multi-location upscale food and beverage or hospitality management experience, and includes travel across the territory.
